Simple speed adjustment
is child's play with the mechanical variable speed gearmotors: you can adjust the speed steplessly by handwheel or remote control.
Mechanical variable speed gearmotors are simple but robust drive components that represent a cost-effective alternative in many conveyor and process engineering applications. This is because you simply carry out the infinitely variable speed control yourself: mechanically by handwheel or remote setting. Completely without cost-intensive control cabinets and frequency inverters.
There are two series to choose from: VARIBLOC®the wide V-belt series delivers power ratings of up to 45 kW and rotational speed adjustment ranges of 1:4, 1:6 and 1:8. The friction disk variant VARIMOT® friction disc variant is suitable for power ratings up to 2.2 kW and a rotational speed adjustment range of 1:5.
