Reduced wear
on the sealing lip by approx. 50 %
Longer life expectancy
by a factor of 2 (compared to standard systems on the market), resulting in longer maintenance intervals
No running-in
or wear on the shaft - the oil seal can be replaced in the same place.
Increased safety
against leakage with higher system availability.
Oil seals are exposed to increasing boundary conditions in today's production plants. Our gear units, and therefore also the sealing systems, are used in machines that run at variable rotational speeds or in continuous duty, causing the temperatures of the drive system to change. The internal pressure of a gear unit also varies depending on capacity utilization.
We use special sealing systems to protect your system from leaking lubricant, our gear unit from ingressing dirt and the motoring operation from oil escaping from the gear unit.
In addition to conventional oil seals, we offer you two optional sealing rings specially developed for us: the Premium Sine Seal and the Premium Sine Seal conductive. These oil seals were developed together with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies for the driving motor shaft of gearmotors/ integral motors and are only used in connection with a gear unit.

The Premium Sine Seal oil seals are available in two designs: standard for an extended service life and with a special fleece to prevent harmful leakage currents via the storage.
Your advantage: Thanks to the sinusoidal sealing lip, both the Premium Sine Seal and the Premium Sine Seal conductive have a significantly longer service life and, if servicing is required, the new oil seal can be used in the same position on the shaft, as the Premium Sine Seal does not cause running-in on the shaft. Due to the special shape of the sealing lip, the contact on the rotating shaft is greater, which results in better heat dissipation and also promotes the exchange of lubricant on the sealing surface.
An electrically conductive fleece is attached to the Premium Sine Seal conductive as a contact bridge for the current between the housing and shaft. The fleece protects the storage from harmful leakage currents within the drive unit. This prevents premature bearing failure and significantly extends the service life of the storage units.
