Do you need a modern gearmotor for your system architecture that guarantees running smoothness, realises maximum speeds and is explosion-protected at the same time? The SPIROPLAN®-right-angle gearmotors from the W..EDR.. series offer you this.

Thanks to their special lightweight design and small dimensions, they are also extremely space-saving. In their explosion-protected ATEX design, they cover all requirements within the scope of equipment group II. The explosion-protected designs II2GD and II3GD can be used reliably in sensitive ambient conditions.

With the SPIROPLAN®-gearmotors from SEW-EURODRIVE, you can rely on a drive solution with high efficiency. These gearmotors are also extremely robust and low-maintenance. Thanks to their high processing quality and special design features, the explosion-protected SPIROPLAN®-gearmotors offer you reliability, durability and low-wear performance in the lower torque range up to 180 Nm.

The explosion-protected motors also offer a wide variety: the motors in the EDR.. series allow you to choose between motoring operations from 0.12 kW to 45 kW.
