The high torque density and the associated compact mounting position allow the gear unit to be used in applications with limited installation space. There is also the option of a fan integrated into the motor interface for high thermal limit power.
The fan draws in air radially, accelerates it and generates a cooling air flow with high throughput. In addition to the high power density, the P2.e series therefore also has a "best-in-class" thermal limit output.

The direct mounting of DR.. AC motors from SEW-EURODRIVE eliminates the need for the usual motor adapter flange and is therefore particularly space-saving. The combinable motors offer finely stepped performance classes and a wide range of options. In addition, the DR.. modular motor system fulfils all prescribed efficiency classes and country-specific regulations. An optional motor adapter is also available for the installation of IEC motors.
