Explosion-protected gear units in confined spaces - compact and powerful

Our explosion-protected offset gearboxes are assigned to equipment category II2GD. A wide range of mounting positions and designs enable a wide range of applications. Gas and dust atmospheres are no problem, even under difficult installation conditions. And all without affecting the power rating. The following applies to many of our gear units: long, maintenance-free service life and gearing with a fatigue-resistant design that is wear-free.

With a high torque in the range from 130 Nm to 18,000 Nm, our offset gearboxes with explosion protection are impressive in many conveyor and process engineering applications.

You can choose between foot, flange and shaft-mounted designs. Our offset gearboxes are available in a reduced backlash design for precise positioning tasks.
