MOVITRANS® line takes you further

MOVITRANS® line consists of stationary and mobile system components together. They can be easily and quickly integrated into existing automation systems. The air gap between the line cable and the pick-up is nominally 20 mm. Therefore, high transmission performance is also possible in cases where the pick-up is not routed at a constant distance above the line cable.

To prevent people from coming under the influence of invisible electromagnetic fields, our MOVITRANS®-technology has the unique safety function "SAFS". The abbreviation stands for Safe AC Field Stop (AC = alternating current). This can be used to advantage, for example, when the line conductor section is not in use or for vehicle maintenance purposes.

SAFS ensures the safe disconnection of the magnetic field when there is no mobile vehicle on the line for charging or when it is not in use. The SAFS function complies with the ISO 13849 standard at performance level d (abbreviation PL d) or the IEC 61800-5-2 standard for drive systems.
