With the UCS50B and UCS51B multi-axis logic modules, we offer you precisely these solutions. With their comprehensive axis monitor functionality, they are designed for the safety of up to 12 axes. They have integrated logic processing and can be easily expanded with additional input and output modules.
The safety functions are based on the specifications of IEC 61800-5-2, STO, SS1, SS2, SOS, SLS, SDI, SSR, SSM, SLI, SCA and SLP. Further flexibility is provided by up to 150 safe digital inputs and up to 54 safe digital outputs. The modules can also be connected to the machine control system via PROFIBUS or PROFINET for diagnostics information.
