Especially in applications involving a large number of axes and many different degrees of freedom, it's important to keep track of everything and ensure clarity. As the range of functions offered by systems and drive technology grows, the operating, visualisation and diagnostic requirements are becoming ever more demanding, too.
Our modular visualisation system consists of three components:
Based on the UHX25A, UHX45A and UHX65 MOVI‑C® CONTROLLERs, users first select an industrial display unit (e.g. a web operator panel, an operator terminal or a handheld terminal) to suit the application at hand. The MOVIKIT® Visualisation software module (Web Visualisation, Visualisation basic, Visualisation flexible or Visualisation multi) then offers the possibility to create a graphical interface. This interface can be freely designed or users can take advantage of simple (free-of-charge) and complex (subject-to-charge) ready-made templates (frameworks). One example is the ParameterMonitor add-on for the MOVIKIT® Visualisation software module.

The software modules of the MOVIKIT® Visualisation make it possible to create any number of complex user interfaces based on available and extendable visualisation elements using the visualisation editor integrated in the IEC Editor. In this way, MOVIKIT® Visualisation significantly reduces development times. Once generated, the visualisation concept runs on the entire MOVI‑C® CONTROLLER portfolio and on systems based on Windows 10. Frameworks (templates) serve to enhance MOVIKIT® Visualisation.
