MOVIFIT®-SC for simple conveying tasks in decentralised infrastructure

Starting without problems! With our electronic motor starter MOVIFIT®-SC. Flexible ramps for starting and stopping. Operation of up to 2 motors simultaneously or one motor for two directions of rotation. Integrated brake control, operation on almost all common fieldbus systems with possible decentralised inputs/outputs and operation of IE3 motors. Our motor starter offers you a wide range of applications.

The following also applies to both function levels:

  • With the Classic function level, you do not need any startup. Simple DIP switches make the relevant settings and the MOVIFIT®-service centre is immediately ready for use. Standardised process data profiles are used for control via the SPS. With our "MOVIFIT®-gateway configurator" provides you with simple configuration and diagnostics methods, even for more complex applications.

Function level technology

Do you have more individual requirements? Then opt for the Technology variant. The rule here is: parameterize instead of program. Individually tailored to your application with standardised application modules. Or programme freely using the standard IEC language in accordance with PLC Open certification.

Classic function level

The robust aluminium cast housing, with a degree of protection of IP65, is divided into an electronics unit (EBOX) and a connection unit (ABOX). A major advantage is the locking mechanism with just one screw and the automatic device replacement function. This enables quick mounting and smooth device replacement when servicing is required.

The integrated T-distribution list for power and communication, the integrated maintenance switch and digital I/Os eliminate the need for a wide range of additional external components during installation. This saves you time and money.

The Hygienic designPlusversion for use in special ambient conditions, for example in wet areas in the beverage industry, is also available as standard.

The motor starter consists of an electronics unit (EBOX) and the connection unit (ABOX) shown here. The connection box (ABOX) of the MOVIFIT® is a large plug and is completely passive. It is available in two designs:

MOVIFIT® Standard connection box

All cables to be connected are routed into the ABOX via cable glands and wired to terminals there.

MOVIFIT® Hybrid connection box

The hybrid connection box (ABOX) of the MOVIFIT® offers the option of designing various connections as plug-in connections. The cables for the power supply and the motor cables are routed into the ABOX via cable glands and wired to terminals. M12 plugs are provided for the digital inputs/outputs. The bus system can be connected via plugs. The bus connectors differ depending on the fieldbus used.
