Work hygienically
because the stainless steel gearmotors have an easy-to-clean surface structure.
Compact installation
as the KES.. bevel gear units and WES.. right-angle gear units in particular are designed as space-saving gearmotors with direct-mounted right-angle gear units.
Trouble-free production
because our KES.., RES.. and WES.. asynchronous stainless steel gearmotors are designed to be durable and low-maintenance.
Do you have particularly high requirements in terms of hygiene and ease of cleaning? We offer you the ideal drive solution for hygiene-sensitive and cleaning-intensive areas.
The KES.., RES.. and WES... stainless steel asynchronous gearmotors are designed in such a way that their surfaces are particularly easy to clean. The housing is designed in high-quality stainless steel throughout. Recesses and potential "dirt traps" have been consistently avoided in the surface design. This makes cleaning easy and the fanless design ensures exemplary hygiene. Because without a fan, there is also no swirling of dust and dirt.
Thanks to their small and compact design, our KES.., RES.. and WES... stainless steel asynchronous gearmotors can be used for a wide range of sensitive hygiene applications. For example in the food and beverage industry or in the pharmaceutical sector. The design of these gearmotors makes them particularly durable and low-maintenance. The high-quality stainless steel design also makes them particularly corrosion-resistant, highly acid-resistant and alkali-resistant. Thanks to their optimised efficiency, they are extremely economical and allow torques of up to 870 Nm to be achieved.
In addition to the asynchronous stainless steel motors, the stainless steel gearboxes can also be connected to our stainless steel servomotors from the CM2H series. can also be attached to the stainless steel gearboxes. This results in an energy-saving belt drive for hygienic or cleaning-intensive areas, for example.
