Helical gearboxes: high efficiency and wide gear unit ratio range

Helical gearboxes are the secret classics in our gearbox range: 6 single-stage and 15 two- and three-stage sizes cover a torque range from 50 Nm to 20,000 Nm. This series is also far ahead in terms of gear unit ratios: from i = 1.30 to i = 289,74; for double gearboxes even up to i = 27 001. You will hardly find such finely stepped torques and gear unit ratios on the market.

The R gear units also fulfil requirements for high output speeds or low weight. Always with high efficiency included, the helical gearboxes offer the optimum ratio of torque and installation space. Therefore: a helical gearbox almost always fits.

Only half the solution without a motor? Then use our modular system and combine the gear units from the R series with an AC motor to create a R..DR. helical gearmotor. or with a servomotor to create a R..CMP.. servo helical gearmotor. of your choice. Or simply select the separate servo helical geared motor that meets your requirements. AC motor or servomotor.
