Your advantages

Low rotational clearance
guaranteed over the entire gearbox service life thanks to the high torsional stiffness of the gearing geometry.

Large transmission ratio range
thanks to a helical spur gear input stage combined with a hypoid output stage.

Perfect combination
thanks to the B5 mounting flange, which always optimally integrates the drive unit into your respective application.

Explosion-protected planetary servo gear units PS.F

ATEX-compliant, versatile and compact

Is your application located in an explosive environment and requires torques in the range from 40 Nm to 1,220 Nm? Then we recommend our ATEX-compliant, low-backlash BS.F helical-bevel servo gear units. Their permitted acceleration torques are well above these values.

With six sizes and five output variants, this series is extremely versatile. The compact design of the BS.F helical-bevel servo gear units ensures low rotational clearance even in the standard versions. The rotational clearance can be further reduced as an option. Thanks to the wear-free operating behaviour and the fatigue-resistant design of the running gearing, the rotational clearances remain constantly low over the entire servo gearbox service life.

Only half the solution without a motor? Then utilise our sophisticated modular system and combine the explosion-protected servo gear units of the BS.F series with a motor. explosion-protected servomotor of your choice.
