With the decentralised controller type SCM compact as a multi-axis version, the designs of the individual devices can be combined as required. This concept enables different drive solutions with 4, 6 or 8 axes with just one basic unit. The minimised number of variants results in great savings potential and a positive effect on operation and acquisition costs as well as administration and storage costs.
Do you value an energy-efficient solution for your application and a simple energy supply for several axes? No problem. The DC link connection between the axes means that the efficiently utilise generator mode energy. For an optimised energy supply between the axes, the voltage link can be connected with the accessories "DC link connection SCM". If the devices are not placed directly next to each other, a DC link connection is possible using standard cable lugs.
