With the MOVI-PLC® motion control system, which is programmable in accordance with the IEC-61131-3 standard® power motion control system, we have the right solution in our portfolio. It can be used to optimally realise such centrally calculated high-end motion control applications. It is particularly suitable for complex motion functions such as cams and 3D robotic functions with up to eight degrees of freedom.
The built-in Intel Core2Duo microprocessor ensures extra high processing power and extremely short response times. The equipment package also includes a system bus SBUSPLUS (onboard EtherCAT®) system bus, which transmits the processing power to the drives synchronised to the clock. This allows you to process your entire drive train with up to 32 motion control axes in just one millisecond.
A CFast memory card for firmware, application and application data is also integrated. It enables simple device replacement with extremely fast data access.

Various USB interfaces allow you to connect peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse and push. And you can connect an external monitor via a DVI interface. With the OPT71C generation of our operator terminals device generation is the perfect addition to your motion controller. In connection with the HMI-Builder.PRO operating software with numerous HMI (Human-Machine-Interface) interface functions, you can increase operational reliability and reduce development costs.
Do you want to install other programmes under Windows while the system is running or are you struggling with Windows blue screens? Don't worry, none of this will affect your machine control. Thanks to the latest hypervisor technology, Windows 7 does not affect the real-time behaviour of the real time operating system.
