SEW-EURODRIVE are pleased to invite applications for the position of Internal Sales Support for our Aldermaston facility.

Role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Support person responsible for internal sales functions for all product ranges which include Geared Motors, Inverters, Servo’s and Industrial Gears. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager you will be an important member of a small but busy Sales Office acting as key point of contact for customers and a contributor in the preparation of quotes and orders using an SAP based order entry system. The role would ideally suit someone from a technical background or bias although this is not essential.

Your tasks

  • Preparation of both quotes and orders
  • Technical dealings with customers and colleagues
  • Supporting External Sales personnel where required
  • Feedback to External Sales regarding opportunities
  • Product selections via catalogues and computer configurator
  • Sales and after sales support
  • Communications via telephone ande-mail to customers, colleagues and suppliers

Your qualifications

  • Background in a technical Sales Office environment
  • Aptitude and interest in learning and development
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer focused approach
  • Ability to integrate into a small established team
  • Willingness to undergo training
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy demanding office environment
