In terms of holistic factory planning and implementation, process solutions are planned, projected and then implemented by SEW experts together with customers.
We rely on a tiered concept.
The first phase involves determining the basic data, identifying potential and developing a schematic vision concept. This is a holistic, schematic concept for your smart factory, regardless of restrictions. The ideal image of your intelligent factory is created by scaling the vision concept with consideration for premises and restrictions.

As part of detailed planning, the implementation takes place in detailed, true-to-scale layouts and scenarios. Our technology and process experts plan and design the system solution. In the course of this, the route and radio planning as well as the process-adapted design of the energy infrastructure are carried out using SEW's own tools.
Using virtual reality technologies, the finely planned simulation of the system and factory can be walked through virtually and gives the customer an idea of what will then be implemented.
