SEW-EURODRIVE’s Service strategy revolves around a simple factor: Satisfied customers. In order to achieve our goal, we have created an extensive service portfolio. Our service is provided locally and we assure the availability of spare parts worldwide. As a result standstills can be kept to a minimum. Our extensive range of experience and expertise has been tailored to create specific modules which can be applied individually or used in combination to meet your requirements. This service is accessible in the UK via our head office and regional centres during normal business hours with our head office plant at Normanton, West Yorkshire being the primary point for emergency service, 24 hours per day.
We appreciate that each customer has different service requirements, which is why we offer support where you need it most. In cooperation with you, through our on-site survey service we ensure complete replacement availability of your drive technologies. While one customer might require support with the start-up, another may require an inspection, maintenance or even have an application programmed. The service requirements are extensive and varied between applications and locations. The service strategy of SEW-EURODRIVE is designed to meet all these requirements.
The CDS® provides a modular service concept, which is based on decades of extensive practical experience. The services of the individual CDS® module are available for your specific needs. All CDS® modules are flexible, which means the relevant services can be combined as required to offer tailor made solutions.

- in many regions even within 24 hours.
SEW-EURODRIVE through CDS now enable customers to receive total product-life support. We have created a customer support team to ensure that all SEW-EURODRIVE customers have a direct service partner to contact at all times. Our service support team will advise all users of SEW-EURODRIVE equipment on any questions relating to service for drive engineering that they may have and the service is free of charge. So whether you need advice relating to spare parts, inspection, maintenance or modernization, we will support you by providing you with a personal contact person.
